I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and voluntarily consent, without any coercion, to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the company or its authorized representatives for media, marketing, and promotional purposes related to the company’s activities during Al Qadsiah x Al Nasser match. I also agree that all photos, videos, and recordings in which I appear shall be the exclusive property of the company, and the company shall have the right to use, publish, modify, reproduce, and display them across all media and marketing channels inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including websites, social media platforms, printed and electronic materials, advertisements, events, and exhibitions, without requiring any further approval or prior review from me. I further acknowledge that I fully waive any financial, moral, or intellectual rights, and any current or future claims for compensation regarding my participation or the company’s use of the content. I undertake not to file any claims, complaints, or legal actions against the company or its representatives in this regard. This consent is valid indefinitely, and the company has the right to retain and use the content without time limitations, while I acknowledge that the company is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the content by third parties beyond its control. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this acknowledgment in full.
