“Dar Wa Emaar”, -Real Estate Investment & Development Company, specializing in community development and urban planning-, celebrated Eid Al-Fitr with the 1,294 Saudi families residing in its distinctive project, “Saraya Al-Narjis,” in Riyadh.
The “Saraya Al Narjis” celebration witnessed remarkable presence and interaction between the participants as “Dar Wa Emaar” organized various fun events and activities, including a musical show with Oud performance. In addition, the catering corner offered Saudi coffee, dates, and popular dishes, while the children’s corner included various activities such as face painting, Henna, and balloon modelling.
For his part, the CEO of Dar Wa Emaar, Osama Al-Khunaizi, expressed happiness with the residing of 1,294 Saudi families in this model project. He noted that the company expressed profound gratitude to the owners for their great trust by celebrating in the middle of Al-Narjis project.
Al-Khunaizi added, “We are fully confident that the new owners have found comfortable and suitable accommodation in “Saraya Al-Narjis”, for many privileges provided to them by this integrated project, which combines the components of comfort, practical aspects, and delight life.” He wished the Saudi families a happy life in this unique residential community in the heart of Riyadh.
Al-Khunaizi affirmed the continuation of the company’s relationship with the owners through a series of waranties and services that it provides to enhance quality and excellence standards and provide added value to its clients.
Al-Khunaizi thanked the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, represented by its investment arm, the National Housing Company, for the support and facilities it provided to accelerate the development pace of the “Saraya Al-Narjis” community, which formed the gateway to the ambitious and promising partnership between “Dar Wa Emaar” and the National Housing Company; to translate government initiatives directed to enable citizens to own appropriate housing in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It is worth noting that the “Saraya Al-Narjis” project is located in Al-Narjis District, one of the newest neighborhoods in north Riyadh. It is designed to enable citizens benefitting from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing programs to easily own distinctive housing units. The project area exceeds 700,000 square meters, and it is located in a strategic and vital location at the intersection of Othman bin Affan Road with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Road and adjacent to Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, which represents the liveliest street in north Riyadh.
